Use on dry skin of the body in the morning or evening, 5-7 times a week. Brush in long strokes from the feet up towards the heart. It is recommended to use the brush before showering to remove dead skin cells and allow the skin to better absorb moisturizers.

Dip the bristles in warm water without wetting the wood. Move them gently in different directions to remove dirt. Dry with the bristles facing down to avoid wetting the wood.
